“
Two years ago, our emerging leaders program was redesigned. Now based on The Organizational Champion philosophy and executed in partnership with Mike's company SVI, it has been a very successful program for developing our high potential talent. In fact, our emerging leaders program is named LINC for Leaders into Champions. Tyson is in full support of Mike Thompson, SVI and the philosophy of Organizational Champions. We foresee Tyson engaging this development process for many years to come.

The focus of leadership in the past 2-3 decades is no longer sufficient to deliver sustained growth in today’s high performance organizations. Mike Thompson’s The Organizational Champion provides a provocative, revolutionary approach to organizational excellence that gives leaders the roadmap, and the right, to inspire champions to lead the personal and economic growth in the next 2-3 decades. Procter & Gamble’s Customer Business Development organization is embracing the challenge to inspire champions in our most successful Senior Account Executives to deliver breakthrough and sustained organizational and economic growth.
